Losing weight can also be achieved by drinking water as it boosts our metabolism. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water every day is a must. Among the common workout mistakes you make, not drinking water can be the worst one.

8. Not getting proper rest workout mistakes

Sufficient rest is one of the most important factors if you want to be fit. Muscle recovery is the main reason for getting gains and this can only be achieved by sleeping.  When we workout, our muscles stretch and muscle fibers break. Sleeping gives time to the muscles to regenerate and repair the wear and tear of muscle tissues cause by strenuous workouts.
